Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create comprehensive data reports translating findings into strategic recommendations
- Optimize data pipelines and improve data quality through automated processes
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data-driven decision-making across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical modeling and A/B testing experience
- Proficiency in data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) preferred
