Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop predictive models to forecast business outcomes and optimize resource allocation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Spotfire)
