About The Role:
You will be the architect of our data strategy, working closely with product managers and engineers to build scalable data pipelines and visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Develop complex SQL queries and data models to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to monitor KPIs and present real-time analytics to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct rigorous statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and implement automated solutions to improve data accuracy and reporting speed.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation for data pipelines, methodologies, and analysis reports to ensure knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R. Experience with ETL tools (Apache Airflow, Talend) is a plus.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
