Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure high data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business health.
- Strategic Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support long-term business planning.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions and technical requirements.
- Automation: Develop automated reporting processes and scripts to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual data entry.
- Communication: Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to influence decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and ETL tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a strong plus.
