Responsibilities
- Analyze complex, multi-dimensional datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and maintain scalable data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Produce regular reports and executive summaries for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, and window functions).
- Strong experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Snowflake is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
