Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain complex ETL pipelines and data warehouses using SQL and Python.
- Create interactive, high-performance dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and PowerBI to track key business metrics.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis, machine learning, and big data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Window Functions, Stored Procedures, Joins).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert-level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure SQL) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
