Responsibilities
- Design and optimize complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support business intelligence.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to identify trends and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Maintain data quality standards and documentation for all analytical models.
- Present data-driven insights to executive leadership to support high-level decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the technology sector.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
