Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various databases and ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings clearly to the executive team and non-technical staff.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and assist in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python, or R. Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to diverse audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and big data technologies is a plus.
