Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement robust data pipelines.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic planning.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast market trends and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of our data culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
