Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other bug-tracking tools.
- Perform manual and automated testing (Selenium, Cypress, or similar) to validate functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to define requirements.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to ensure high product quality standards.
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test data and test scripts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, life cycles, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and verification.
- Experience with bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and version control (e.g., Git).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
- Experience with automation frameworks is a plus.
