The Role
As a Junior Web Developer, you will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of websites and web applications. You will bridge the gap between design and code, ensuring our digital products are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly.
Responsibilities
- Assist in Front-End Development: Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify and fix bugs in code to ensure websites function smoothly across all devices and browsers.
- Content Updates: Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
- Code Reviews: Participate in team code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality.
- Learning & Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies, applying new knowledge to projects.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for code and processes to assist in team onboarding and future maintenance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Passion for Code: A strong desire to learn web development technologies. No prior job experience required.
