Key Responsibilities
You will be the bridge between technical data teams and business stakeholders. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Advanced Data Mining: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality analytics.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and A/B testing to drive product improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership, providing actionable insights.
Qualifications
We are looking for a proven professional with a strong technical background:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python or R, and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift/GCP BigQuery) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
