- Visualization: Create interactive, high-performance dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to empower stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to identify KPIs and track performance against strategic goals.
- Advanced Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses, statistical modeling, and A/B testing to uncover trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Reporting: Automate manual reporting processes to ensure accuracy and free up time for strategic analysis.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes for team transparency.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Tools: Demonstrated experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive insights from messy data.
