Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex data models and dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Perform advanced SQL queries and data cleaning to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure product performance.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in a top tech environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
