What You Will Do:
Core Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and transform massive datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to track real-time KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and user behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define key performance indicators and drive business strategy.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workload and increase operational efficiency.
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling presentations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expert level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
