Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
- Design and maintain interactive, high-performance dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate business hypotheses.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to recommend process improvements and new business opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical data and business strategy.
