Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modeling to support key business initiatives.
- Visualization: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) that provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- SQL Optimization: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve, clean, and manipulate large datasets efficiently.
- Reporting: Deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that highlight trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
