Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and report on campaign performance.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
