Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operations, to identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
- Conduct A/B testing and regression analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Document data processes and create technical documentation to support data governance and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
