Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support reporting.
- Create interactive and visual data reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
