Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and preprocess large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover trends and patterns that drive business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive, high-level dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Reporting: Write comprehensive reports and executive summaries, translating complex data findings into actionable business insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify data needs and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automation solutions to improve team productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and strong knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Expert level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Atlanta, GA, with the assistance provided by the company.
