Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using provided diagnostic tools

- Document network configurations and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment upgrades and replacements
- Train staff on network best practices and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification required
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network hardware and protocols
- Experience with VLAN configuration and network security
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for equipment transport
