Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Prepare clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality through rigorous testing and validation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with NoSQL databases.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
