In this role, you will be the bridge between complex data and strategic decision-making, driving growth and efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and business opportunities using SQL and Python.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and operational processes.
- Maintain and document data pipelines and ETL processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment is highly preferred.
