Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead complex statistical analyses to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
- Present findings to C-suite executives and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio of complex projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- History of leading successful data-driven initiatives in fast-paced environments
