Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Python, SQL, and AWS
- Create interactive dashboards with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze customer behavior data to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for product feature rollouts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and cloud platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating advanced data visualization projects
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Certification in Tableau or AWS Data Analytics preferred
