Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and modeling using SQL and Python.
- Prepare regular performance reports and executive summaries for stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Experience with visualization tools: Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
