Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and ensure data integrity.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast business trends and support strategic planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and propose solutions to enhance data quality and accessibility.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Willingness and ability to relocate to Albuquerque, NM.
