Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL Development: Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures to support ad-hoc reporting and data extraction.
- Weekend Operations: Manage data integrity and generate weekly reports during assigned weekend shifts to ensure business continuity.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose automated solutions to improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or distributed work setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations.
