Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and campaigns.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Maintain and improve data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a government, consulting, or tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.
