Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform raw data into usable formats
- Develop advanced analytical models and statistical frameworks to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Python libraries
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights that drive business strategy
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize performance metrics
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation standards
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R for data manipulation and analysis
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business-relevant insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects and visualizations
