Your Mission:
As a Data Analyst, you will own the end-to-end data lifecycle, from requirement gathering and data modeling to reporting and actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and forecast future scenarios.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to translate raw data into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting platforms.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) or cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
