Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data collection systems, dashboards, and automated reporting tools using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform product strategy and operational improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and KPIs
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Create compelling data visualizations and presentations that communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control processes and documentation standards
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize user engagement and conversion metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills with experience in predictive analytics
- Proven ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
