Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and databases to support business intelligence needs.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering) to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Develop automated reporting scripts to reduce manual data entry and increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent programming skills in Python or R for data scripting and analysis.
- Proven track record of presenting complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
