Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Perform complex data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Reporting & Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize complex data sets for stakeholders.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Write optimized SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources into a usable format.
- A/B Testing: Collaborate with product teams to design and analyze A/B tests to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Business Intelligence: Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations for the executive team.
- Process Improvement: Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to ensure data integrity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-motivation.
