Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis solutions using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive Tableau/Power BI dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize business KPIs across product lines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and visualization
- Document processes and maintain data quality standards for enterprise systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of enterprise dashboards
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Comfortable with remote collaboration across multiple time zones
