Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets into actionable insights using SQL and Python.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business needs and data requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic initiatives.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders, translating technical findings into business value.
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (querying, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia (Relocation assistance provided).
