Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets into actionable insights using SQL and Python.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business opportunities.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Present complex data findings to executive stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and non-technical manner.
- Streamline data pipelines and automate reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience creating compelling visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
