Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to monitor KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver analytics solutions
- Identify trends and opportunities through exploratory data analysis
- Maintain data quality standards and implement best practices in data governance
- Present insights to executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts simply
- Certifications (e.g., Tableau Desktop, AWS Data Analytics) are a plus
