Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to identify data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data sources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, and joins).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
