We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract and clean data from multiple sources.
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Maintain data governance policies to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Expert-level skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
