Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data specifications and analytical models.
- Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using SQL, Python, and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual workload and increase data accuracy.
- Present complex data findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and ensure data quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and scripting.
- Experience creating visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
