Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Manage and optimize cloud resources, including compute, storage, and networking, to ensure cost efficiency and performance.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Implement and enforce cloud security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2).
- Collaborate with software development teams to troubleshoot cloud-native applications and microservices architectures.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer or Solutions Architect.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
- Expertise in scripting and automation languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Knowledge of Linux system administration and network protocols.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly preferred.
