Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocols
- Document network topology and create SOPs
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure projects
- Provide Tier-2/3 support for network outages
- Conduct regular network audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills using diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of network security best practices (ACLs, firewalls)
- Ability to lift 50lbs for equipment installation
- Valid Florida driver's license for site visits
