Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies that drive business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Report Generation: Produce accurate and timely reports and executive summaries that inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Modeling: Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast market trends and business outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
