Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our innovative team in Pennsylvania. This is a fully remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to high-impact data projects.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical data analysis and business strategy, uncovering insights that drive growth and efficiency. You will work with a diverse team of engineers, product managers, and executives to turn raw data into meaningful narratives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop analytical models.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences through clear reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and contribute to the automation of reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying databases and complex data manipulation.
- Strong coding skills in Python (pandas, numpy) or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
