Apex Analytics Group is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our expanding remote team. We are specifically looking for candidates based in Pennsylvania or North Carolina who are ready to drive data-driven decision-making across our enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to identify business needs and translate them into analytical questions.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear presentations and written summaries.
- Automate data pipelines and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
