Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform raw data
- Develop advanced analytical models using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and patterns
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize business processes
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct peer reviews of analytical work
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
