Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability through rigorous testing.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java and modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Spring).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first/hybrid culture.
