Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and track KPIs
- Present findings to leadership through clear, data-driven storytelling with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity and governance standards across all analytical outputs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis background with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects and business impact
